Since its debut three months ago, Figure 02 has undergone major engineering advancements, enhancing speed, precision, and reliability. The robots complete 1,000 fully autonomous placements daily, reflecting the robustness of its AI-driven capabilities. With every placement, Figure collects valuable data to refine its AI models, setting a strong foundation for continuous improvement.
Figure’s vision extends beyond factories, aiming to ship millions of robots to workplaces and homes worldwide. To achieve this ambitious goal, the company is scaling its team by hiring 100 engineers across critical domains, including AI, Controls, Mechanical, and Fleet Operations.
