ABB will integrate generative AI, including large language models (LLMs) like GPT-4, through Azure OpenAI Service into the Genix platform and applications. This integration will provide users with advanced functionalities such as code, image, and text generation. The forthcoming application, Genix Copilot, will provide an enhanced user experience by streamlining the flow of contextualized data across processes and operations. Executives, functional specialists, and shop floor engineers will have access to real-time actionable insights, enabling better decision-making and increased productivity. Leveraging these insights has the potential to extend asset lifespan by up to 20 percent and reduce unplanned downtime by up to 60 percent.
